★  采用高流动性真空吸附式台面。分有四个区域，各由四个金属球阀分别控制。既可对1220mmX 2440mm整块板材进行加工，也可以对规格为150mmX150mm板材加工。

★  标准配置型适合于所有进行精密雕刻加工的所有非金属可雕刻材料（雕刻品质依据刀具配置）。可提供客户定制需求的解决方案。可根据客户需求配置意大利HSD、Gcolombo等电主轴。

 

Features:

★     Diacam series 1325W CNC router follows the machine designing procedure strictly. The machine constructure is optimized and the stability is enhanced, so the service life of the machine is increased. The table and the gantry are both constructed of thick wall steel tubing and the anti-distortion ability is increased. The frame components are stress relieved prior to machining at the large gantry machining center to insure parallelism and perpendicularity of the working surface and provide high intensity steel structure platform of stable regidity and guaranteed precision.

★     Diacam series CNC router is configured with a moving gantry and standard T-slot universal table to satisfy the CNC machining requirement of various customers.

★     High power stepper motor and driver of famous brands are adopted to make the driving strength even stronger and ensure the travelling speed and carving strength as well as long time, high intention continuous machining.

★     High efficiency gear rack meshing transmission is adopted for the X, Y axis. The design improved gear transmission structure guarantees the working accuracy, the carving strength and the transmiting speed and makes the maximum travelling speed as fast as 20 meters per minute. Precision and reliability are the consistent quality goal we are pursuing.

★     Diacam series 1325W CNC router is equipped with high flow vacuum table with four separate areas controlled by four metal ball valves respectively, so it is able to work on the entire sheet of 1220mm X 2440mm as well as the sheet of 150mmX150mm.

★     The model of Diacam series 1325W with standard configurement is ideal for non-metal materials (the engraving qulity depending on the cutting tools). Custom sollutions are also provided to meet customers’ requirement.Electric spindles of Italian HSD, Gcolombo, etc are optional according to customers’ demand.
